“Pan-Arab al-Jazeera TV aired Sunday a voice recording in which al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden claimed responsibility for a foiled attempt of bombing a U.S.-bound airplane on Dec. 25. Bin Laden also vowed in the recording that the strikes on U.S. targets will continue.”
