WORLD: Egypt’s Constitutional Assembly Signals Huge Defeat for Liberals
In a severe blow to the hopes of liberal Egyptian activists whose protests brought down the dictatorship of Hosni Mubarak, Islamist members of parliament brazenly staked out a large majority of the positions in the newly chosen constitutional assembly. The move all but ensures that the fundamental law of the land will be written with only minimal input from non-Islamist sectors of Egyptian society.
BOMBSHELL BETRAYAL: Obama Leaking Info to Media to Thwart Israeli Strike and Protect Iran’s Nuclear weapons Program
The Obama administration is leaking information to pressure Israel not to bomb Iran. Enemy in the White House. Not only is Obama an anti-semite, he is anti-American (anti-freedom). His islamophiliac policies compromise American security. Iran is clearly an American threat. They have been at war with us since ’79. Israel was willing to do the heavy lifting because our reckless and feckless president was too weak, too compromised. But to betray an ally like this?
‘Baku grants Israel use of its air bases’
Senior US officials tell ‘Foreign Policy’ “Israelis have bought an airfield and the airfield is called Azerbaijan.”
Is it any wonder that 20% of Americans think Obama is Muslim? By their fruits ye shall know him, and so we know him.
ABC is soft-selling this bombshell story, but this steaming pile of dung will expose this saboteur no matter how pretty the package the enemedia manufactures.
JERUSALEM – Two reports today about Iran’s nuclear program and the possibility of an Israeli military strike have analysts in Israel accusing the Obama administration leaking information to pressure Israel not to bomb Iran and for Iran to reach a compromise in upcoming nuclear talks.
The first report in Foreign Policy quotes anonymous American officials saying that Israel has been given access to airbases by Iran’s northern neighbor Azerbaijan from which Israel could launch air strikes or at least drones and search and rescue aircraft.
The second report from Bloomberg, based on a leaked congressional report, said that Iran’s nuclear facilities are so dispersed that it is “unclear what the ultimate effect of a strike would be…” A strike could delay Iran as little as six months, a former official told the researchers.
“It seems like a big campaign to prevent Israel from attacking,” analyst Yoel Guzansky at the Institute for National Security Studies told ABC News. “I think the [Obama] administration is really worried Jerusalem will attack and attack soon. They’re trying hard to prevent it in so many ways.”
America, wake up.
Obama betraying Israel? US making deliberate effort to hinder Iran strike by leaking classified info, intelligence assessments, says Ron Ben-Yishai in special Ynet report
The United States is leaking information to the media in order to avert an Israeli strike in Iran: The US Administration recently shifted into high gear in its efforts to avert an Israeli strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities by the end of the year. The flood of reports in the American media in recent weeks attests not only to the genuine US fear that Israel intends to realize its threats; moreover, it indicates that the Obama Administration has decided to take its gloves off.
Indeed, in recent weeks the Administration shifted from persuasion efforts vis-à-vis decision-makers and Israel’s public opinion to a practical, targeted assassination of potential Israeli operations in Iran. This “surgical strike” is undertaken via reports in the American and British media, but the campaign’s aims are fully operational: To make it more difficult for Israeli decision-makers to order the IDF to carry out a strike, and what’s even graver, to erode the IDF’s capacity to launch such strike with minimal casualties.
The first and most important American objective is to eliminate potential operational options available to the IDF and the State of Israel. I have no intention of detailing or even hinting to the options which the US government aims to eliminate by exposing them in the media. A large part of the reports stem from false information or disinformation, and there is no reason to reveal to the Iranians what’s real and what isn’t. However, it is blatantly clear that reports in the past week alone have caused Israel substantive diplomatic damage, and possibly even military and operational damage.
Another Administration objective is to convince the Israeli public that an Iran strike (including a US attack) will not achieve even the minimum required to justify it; that is, a delay of at least 3-5 years in Iran’s nuclear program. A lengthy postponement would of course justify the suffering on Israel’s home front, while a six-month delay – as argued by a US Congress report – does not justify the risks.
The six-month figure was meant for the Israeli public, so that it would press Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak to avoid a strike, whose futility the Americans are trying to prove in every way possible. At the same time, the campaign aims to erode the validity of demands voiced by many members of Congress and Senate – both Democrats and Republicans – who criticize the American president’s inaction. The Congress report published Wednesday is maligned by several inaccuracies, in terms of both analysis and information. However, this makes no difference. The aim was to make headlines in the Israeli and Washington media, rather than an in-depth analysis, which isn’t possible as Congress researchers in Washington do not have access to all the relevant information, fortunately.
Congress in Iran’s service
The third objective of the recent publications is to scare the Israeli public via an apocalyptic account of possible retaliation by Iran and its “clients.” This effort also aims to press Israeli decision-makers not to act (including the mention in the Congress report of the accurate fact that Israel’s home front is not adequately prepared to sustain a blow.) Some observers would argue that these reports are not damaging, but rather, grant the Israeli threat validity, thereby serving Western representatives in upcoming negotiations with Iran. So what’s wrong with that?
The damage has to do with the revelation of secret information and assessments that would require an expensive, risky intelligence effort for the Iranians to acquire. Indeed, the Iranians already realize that the West and Israel possess plenty of up-to-date information on Iran’s nuclear project, including centrifuge workshops in Tehran homes. The Ayatollah regime can also predict possible attack routes and methods by Israel and the US.
A map of Iran’s nuclear facilities
However, any rookie intelligence officer knows that there is a huge difference between unconfirmed estimates and solid facts or IDF aims and capabilities. Any Iranian intelligence analyst who reads the latest US Congress report or the Foreign Policy report will find invaluable information there. The overwhelming majority of the information has already been published, yet instead of forcing the Iranians to piece together all the assessments themselves, the Congress report offers them everything in one place, including detailed analysis.
Fortunately, as noted, Congress researchers and those who leaked the information to them apparently have some trouble in terms of reading comprehension.
Betraying an ally
To sum up, the American publications caused the following damage:
- Iran now has a decent picture of what Israel’s and America’s intelligence communities know about Tehran’s nuclear program and defense establishment, including its aerial defenses.
- The Iranians now know about the indications that would be perceived by Washington and Jerusalem as a “nuclear breakthrough”. Hence, Iran can do a better job of concealment.
- The reports make it more difficult to utilize certain operational options. These options, even if not considered thus far, could have been used by the US in the future, should Iran not thwart them via diplomatic and military means.
Needless to say, this is not how one should be treating an ally, even if this is a relationship between a superpower and a satellite state. The targeted assassination campaign currently undertaken by the US government also sharply contradicts President Obama’s declaration at the AIPAC Conference, whereby he and the US recognize Israel’s sovereign right to defend itself by itself. One cannot utter these words and a moment later exposes Israel’s vulnerabilities and possible strike routes to its enemies.Indeed, there is a difference between legitimate persuasion efforts and practical steps to thwart Israeli plans and eliminate them.
For a total of seven years, I served as Yedioth Ahronoth’s reporter in Washington, so I know very well that with a few exceptions, the US Administration knows how to prevent leaks to the media if it so wishes. This is the case even when dealing with former officials, and most certainly when dealing with current government officials. What we are seeing here is not a trickle of information, but rather, a powerful current, a true flood that leaves no doubt as to the existence of an orchestrated media campaign with clear aims.
Former US Ambassador to the UN John Bolton weighs in on Obama’s relentless campaign to betray and undermine Israel. This leak is part of an ongoing campaign to thwart Israeli defense strategy against the Iranian genocidal threat.
“The pressure the administration has put on Israel has been just merciless behind the scenes.”
“But nonetheless every evidence is that the pressure is failing, that the Israeli government will do what they think is necessary so the Obama administration has torqued it up a notch. Now they are going to reveal very sensitive, very important information that will allow Iran to defeat an Israel attack.”
It should have been Bolton going up against the Mansourian candidate.
UPDATE: More: Bolton accuses administration of leaking story on Israeli planning along Iran border FOX News
Former U.S. diplomat John Bolton alleged Thursday that the Obama administration leaked a story about covert Israeli activity in order to foil potential plans by the country to attack Iran’s nuclear program.
Bolton, who served as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations in the George W. Bush administration, was responding to an article in Foreign Policy magazine that quoted government sources claiming Israel had been granted access to airfields in Azerbaijan — along Iran’s northern border.
The article did not state exactly what the Israelis’ intentions were, but it suggested it could point to a possible strike on Iran.
“I think this leak today is part of the administration’s campaign against an Israeli attack,” Bolton claimed on Fox News.
The White House did not respond to Bolton’s claims Thursday.
Bolton, a Fox News contributor, noted that a strike launched from Azerbaijan would be much easier for the Israelis than a strike launched from their own country — jets could stay over their targets longer and worry less about refueling. But he said tipping the Israelis’ hand by revealing “very sensitive, very important information” could frustrate such a plan.
Speaking afterward to FoxNews.com, Bolton said he didn’t have hard proof that this was an intentional administration leak to halt an Israeli attack.
But he noted widely reported comments from Defense Secretary Leon Panetta in February that he thinks the Israelis could strike as early as April. If that’s the case, Bolton said, then it would be “entirely consistent” for the administration to try to avoid that impending outcome.
The Foreign Policy article quoted what were identified as “high-level sources … inside the U.S. government.” It specifically mentioned “four senior diplomats and military intelligence officers.”
One intelligence officer, who was unnamed, told the magazine that the U.S. was “watching” the activity and was “not happy about it.”
The Foreign Policy article did not specify whether any of the information came from the White House, and there is no direct evidence that this was a coordinated leak.
“Clearly, this is an administration-orchestrated leak,” Bolton told FoxNews.com. “This is not a rogue CIA guy saying I think I’ll leak this out.”
“It’s just unprecedented to reveal this kind of information about one of your own allies,” Bolton said.

[Sudan Tribune] Kharoum – Insurgents fighting Sudanese government forces in the border state of South Kordofan on Thursday attacked and seized control of two villages in the vicinity of the strategic town of Talodi, rebel and official sources have confirmed.

Sudanese troops fought deadly battles with rebel fighters in the strategic village of Talodi, close to the border with the newly independent south, sources on both sides said on Friday.
After overwhelmingly voting for Islamic fundamentalists to serve in the Parliament, suddenly Egyptians are upset that the new government is dominated by radical Islamic parties, saying they have “hijacked the revolution.”
They accuse Islamist members of not including any other voices than their own and setting up a constitution that likely will be based on sharia law. Somebody should send this video to Barack Obama and the left wing media who still believe that freedom has come to Egypt since the overthrow of the secular government of Hosni Mubarak. Be careful what you wish for. Egypt will soon become another Iran, as will Tunisia, Libya, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, and Jordan. On second thought, don’t show this video to Obama, this transformation to Islamic rule is exactly what he helped finance.

Five Juarez municipal police agents were shot to death and another three were wounded in an assault at a residence in Juarez Wednesday night, according to Mexican news accounts.
El Diario de Juarez news daily identified four of the dead as Juan Rodriguez, Maria Romero, Blas Barrera and Brenda Ulloa. The fifth victim was identified only as Ceballos. The police agents were all from Cuauhtemoc and Babicora police stations
The attack took place at about 2030 hrs near the intersection of calles Oasis de Lisboa and Rafael Murguia in the Praderas de los Oasis subdivision.
The officers were attending a cookout at the residence when they were shot. Uncredited reports say as many as 20 shooters entered the residence and fired on their victims.
El Diario de Juarez also said none of the five officers would be buried with honors since they were off duty when the shootings occurred.
According to La Polaka news daily, the killings were preceded by several narcomensajes or narco-messages against Juarez’s controversial mayor, Hector Murguia Lardizabal, and his police chief Julian Leyzaola Perez, both civic functionaries with a hard nosed reputation in the city.
According to La Polaka, a total of 18 municipal police agents have been shot since the start of the year.

According to sources the body of Jose Guillermo Morales was located in the side of a dirt road leading from the ranch San Cristobal al Pochote, near the institute “El Cochofo.” He was found underneath his police vehicle, he had his hands cuffed and had sustained several gunshots to his body.
Guillermo Morales was appointed to lead the municipal police of Zamora by mayor Rosa Hilda Abascal Rodríguez after the death of Public Safety Director Gerardo Martinez, who after two weeks of fighting his illness, finally lost the battle against the influenza A/H1N1.
Edgar Celso Rojas López was named to replace Morales Castillo on March 18 as the new head of the police department.
The shootout happened Monday in Temosachi, a town located about 226 kilometers (140 miles) southwest of Chihuahua city, the state capital, the Chihuahua Attorney General’s Office said.
A little Off Topic but a great fit in the BNI MILITARY category. Considering what a fine job of pissing off the lefties and no doubt their Muslim pals that Katy Perry has done here, I am happy to give her video and the U.S. Marine Corps some well-deserved publicity.
America-hating, feminazi writer, Naomi Wolf, urges boycott of Katy Perry video, calling it “military propaganda.”
FOX NEWS Perry transforms herself into a U.S. Marine in her latest power-pop single, “Part of Me,” which addresses female empowerment and pays particular tribute to service women. Naomi Wolf, one of many who were arrested amid the Occupy Wall Street protests last year, is urging Americans to boycott the singer, labeling her video “a total piece of propaganda for the Marines.”
“I really want to find out if she was paid by them for making it,” Wolf wrote on her Facebook page. “It is truly shameful… I would suggest a boycott of this singer whom I really liked – if you are as offended as this glorification of violence as I am.”
A source close to Perry was shocked and disgusted by Wolf’s remarks.
Another PR pro thinks Wolfe’s boycott call will backfire. ”In her efforts to boycott the video Naomi Wolf has brought more attention to it. Without her comments, most people would clearly have seen the military simply as a metaphor and not as an attempt by Katy Perry to glamorize the military or war,” said Glenn Selig, founder of The Publicity Agency. “It’s hard to believe that Naomi Wolf’s view of the video will resonate with the public at large because most people will view her comments as completely absurd and a ridiculous attempt to make a big deal out of nothing.” (And what’s wrong with glamorizing the military? It got my attention and because it is posted here, a very large audience, many of whom probably never heard of Katy Perry, could become fans)
An Algerian man used a kitchen knife to slaughter his 16-year-old daughter after discovering pictures of American and Turkish actors in her mobile phone.
“After finding photographs of some American and Turkish actors in her mobile phone, the father decided to kill his daughter and made plans for the murder,” the Algerian Arabic language daily Al Nahar said.
“When he was alone with her at home, he grabbed her and put the knife on her neck…he then slaughtered her like a sheep.” (As a good Muslim, he was careful to kill her the halal way)
Thanks to rampant, uncontrolled Muslim immigration, aided by the ‘multi-cultural’ useful idiots on the left and their willing accomplices in the media, European antisemitism is approaching pre-WWII levels….with anti-Christianity not far behind.
Iran flying thousands of Jew-hating pro-Palestinian terrorist supporters to Syria, who will join what Muslims and lefties are hoping will be a million protesters or more, attempting to break through Israel borders and take over Jerusalem, eternal capital of Israel.
DEBKA Israel boosted its Syrian and Lebanese border units as special flights carrying thousands of pro-Palestinian activists from Tehran touched down in Damascus Tuesday, March 27 for the international Global March to Jerusalem Friday, March 30.
FRONTPAGE The Global March to Jerusalem is being billed as a peaceful march, but in reality it’s a Muslim crusade calling for the ethnic cleansing of a Jewish city and a number of its organizers have Hamas ties and have made genocidal statements about the Jews.
Tipping its hand is the logo of the Global March which encompasses all of Israel from Kiryat Shmona in the north all the way down to Eilat in the south, making it quite clear that this isn’t just about one city; it’s about all of them and all the land around them. It’s about the complete destruction of Israel.
Like the Gaza Flotilla, the Global March depends heavily on harnessing Western useful idiots, whom it needs in order to avoid looking like the Iran/Hamas ethnic cleansing project that it is. Like revenants summoned from their crypt, the living dead of the left, widely discredited, morally bankrupt and repugnantly shrill, rise to the call of their Islamic masters.
Protests are set to take place along the Israeli borders and at various Israeli embassies in Europe. Although the protests are primarily comprised of Arab protesters, the movement has received endorsements from a number of high profile European and American NGOs and individuals such as U.S. based NGO Code Pink and public figures such as Cornel West, Tariq Ali, Judith Butler, and Noam Chomsky.
Before taking off, they were split into small groups and tutored by Iranian Al Qods (Arabic name for Jerusalem) Brigades officers in tactics for breaching Israeli border barriers, bursting through and challenging the Israeli military forces defending the border.
On arrival in Damascus, one group of activists was sent by special bus to Lebanon, where Hizballah officers stood by to lead them to villages close to the Israeli frontier; a second is assigned to face Israeli lines on the Golan.
These anti-Israeli activists from several countries are being planted at strategic points to carry out the plan hatched together by Iran, Syria and Hizballah to ignite Israel’s two northern borders in solidarity with the annual Israeli-Arab Earth Day next Friday.
Earlier reports from Damascus that the demonstrators would keep the Quneitra sector of the Golan and the Lebanese Beaufort were meant to put the Israeli command off its stroke by disguising the real scope of their plans and their objective: a mass assault on Israeli borders. They are programmed to coincide with the outbreaks the Palestinian Authority is preparing for Jerusalem and the West Bank and Israeli-Arab disturbances inside Israel – all on the same day, as debkafile reported earlier Tuesday. The Palestinian extremists of the Gaza Strip will certainly not stand aloof.
Tens of thousands or maybe (as organizers are boasting) millions of allegedly ‘peaceful’ protesters from all over the world will line up Israel’s borders on March 30th, and many of them will physically try to invade the sovereign nation of Israel.
Hopefully Israel will not hesitate to shoot these hostiles who will be penetrating their country illegally, as any country would (except America on its southern border). Whatever happens, you can be sure the global media will be there condemning Israel for murdering innocent, unarmed civilians, many of them hoping to become martyrs for the cause, no doubt.
And what would a protest be without the requisite Pallywood cameramen being there to stage fake casualties in case there are none.
