SCANDALS Distract: while IMMIGRATION AMNESTY BILL Heads to Senate Floor
Look at the right hand. Obama will keep leaking one scandal a week until Immigration Bill passes.
If Immigration Bill Passes, it will be Impossible to Impeach Obama. No matter what the hearings reveal on Benghazi or the IRS; if the Immigration Bill passes, Republicans will lose elections and will not be able to impeach Obama.
The law, the legal and judicial system will become irrelevant when illegal immigrants assume control of the voting process. They will steamroll over our democratic processes. Obama will use them to implement whatever socialistic program he wishes. Most of these illegal immigrants have never graduated high school and have no appreciation for American history. They will bring with them the respect for the law they have been taught in their own countries: Mexico, Venezuela, Bolivia, Ivory Coast, Zimbabwe. These countries are lawless hell holes controlled by crooked politicians and military’s.
These were all Democracies taken over by socialists.
SOME REPORT THE SCANDALS ARE MEANT TO OBFUSCATE THE PRESIDENTS REAL GOAL: TO SNEAK THE IMMIGRATION BILL THROUGH CONGRESS.
MUSIC TO READ BY:
This is an end around game with Obama trying to provide cover for the Republicans and Democrats who don’t want to get caught voting for the Immigration Bill.
THIS IMMIGRATION BILL INCLUDES AMNESTY FOR 20 MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS and NO BORDER SECURITY.
This Immigration Bill will cost the American taxpayer 3.6 trillion dollars in social programs.
IF THIS IMMIGRATION BILL PASSES OBAMA BECOMES DICTATOR THE SAME WAY HUGO CHAVEZ, ROBERT MUGABE, AND ALLESAINE QATTARA BECAME absolute DICTATORS WITHIN DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL SYSTEMS.

Gang of Eight Betrays Americans
The Gang of Eight immigration bill can be summed up as amnesty now, border closing never. The Department of Homeland Security is not required to build a fence (which was ordered by the Secure Fence Act signed by President George W. Bush). DHS is required only to submit a plan. 5-22-13
According to the Communist Party USA, “the struggle for immigrant rights is a key component of the struggle for working class unity in our country today.”
The Communists believe that the months ahead provide a great opportunity to extract big immigration changes from the Party’s ”friend” Barack Obama.
The coming months are crucial. This is a call for all progressive forces to become fully engaged at every level…The overwhelming Latino vote for President Obama has pushed the need for legislation forward, but there is a hard fight still ahead.
As Congress begins to draft legislation, immigrant rights groups and the labor movement including the AFL-CIO and its constituent organizations, SEIU, Change to Win, and many faith based groups are mobilizing for comprehensive immigration reform with legalization, a path to citizenship and workers’ rights.
This legislative and political battle is also at the top of the agenda of the Communist Party USA and Young Communist League. Our program includes stopping deportations now as legislation is being adopted, and calling for legalization with a clear and speedy road map to citizenship for all 11 million. Future workers who come should have the same opportunity.
The People’s World/Mundo Popular will soon post a pamphlet answering common questions about immigration, Myths v Facts, which can be circulated via social media and printed out, along with daily coverage and commentary on the immigrant rights struggle.
The Communist Party’s interest in immigrants has nothing to do with compassion or humanity. The communists want amnesty for current illegals and to encourage further illegal immigration for several reasons.
Firstly, they want to dilute the existing patriot culture in the US by creating large immigrant communities, with little allegiance to the ideas that gave birth to the American republic.
Secondly, they want to overload taxpayers with increased crime, education, welfare and healthcare costs, to impoverish middle America and spread revolutionary discontent.
Thirdly, and in the short term most importantly, the Communists want to give several million illegals the vote – knowing that they tend to vote overwhelmingly Democrat.
Several million more Democrat voters would almost certainly deliver the US to the Democrats and their communist allies, forever.
The communists and their democrat allies, are playing for keeps.
Patriotic Americans need to understand – this debate isn’t about people. It’s about power.

With Washington immersed in and distracted by a trio of scandals, the giant immigration reform bill is headed to the Senate floor after five days of amendments in the Judiciary Committee.
The vote was 13-5, with Republican Sens. Jeff Flake of Arizona, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Orrin Hatch of Utah joining the 10 Democrats on the committee to pass the bill.
After five days of negotiations, the Senate Judiciary Committee finished its work on the Immigration bill created by the so-called “gang of eight” bipartisan Senators….
GOP Sens. John Cornyn and Ted Cruz of Texas, Chuck Grassley of Iowa, Mike Lee of Utah and Jeff Sessions of Alabama voted against it.
The original 844-page bill from the Group of Eight emerges from committee molded by a bevy of amendments, including 48 from Republicans that were adopted.
Gang of Eight member Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), though, said he was “pleased to see that the original foundation of our legislation was not weakened.”
“Our carefully crafted compromise withstood a tough series of poison pill amendments, and its passage out of the Judiciary Committee brings us a step closer to final passage by the senate,” said Menendez, who does not sit on the committee. “Members from the entire political spectrum continue to support the bipartisan proposal put forth; this is the right approach at the right time. I will continue to do everything I can to push this bill across the finish line, and I look forward to a thoughtful and fair debate in the senate floor.”
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), also a member of the original negotiating group but not on the committee that marked up his bill, said he thought the committee “made real improvements to the bill.”
“The amended bill that heads to the Senate floor would make significant progress to secure our borders, make E-Verify mandatory for the first time in American history, effectively crack down on immigrants who overstay visas, and modernize the legal immigration system to meet America’s 21st century economic needs for both highly skilled talent and guest workers to fill labor shortages,” Rubio said.
However, he added, the reform bill won’t be successful “unless we can earn the confidence of the American people that we are solving our immigration problems once and for all.”
“As evidenced by the statements of many of my colleagues who voted against the bill in committee today, the vast majority of Americans across the political spectrum are prepared to give millions of people living here today illegally the opportunity to earn legal status and, potentially, permanent residence and citizenship – but only if they pay fines, pass background checks, don’t receive federal benefits and wait in line behind everybody who followed the rules,” Rubio said. “And only if we secure the border and take steps that ensure that we will never again have another wave of illegal immigration.”
Cornyn said he felt the markup made some improvements, but ultimately the legislation fell short of what was needed to get his vote.
“I was disappointed the Committee rejected an amendment I offered that would’ve required real border security results. Another promise from Washington, D.C., to secure the border won’t cut it,” he said. “I am deeply concerned about this and other flaws in the current proposal. I want the system to work for everyone, and I am hopeful that common sense will eventually lead to common ground.”
Sessions, whose opposition to the legislation was especially vocal during the markup, highlighted a letter just released by a coalition of conservative activists urging lawmakers to vote against the bill and saying “no matter how well-intentioned, the Schumer-Rubio bill suffers from fundamental design flaws that make it unsalvageable.”
“Many of us support various parts of the legislation, but the overall package is so unsatisfactory that the Senate would do better to start over from scratch,” says the letter, which also urges senators to vote against cloture and keep the bill from coming up for a vote. Signatories include PJ Media’s Allen West, Victor Davis Hanson and Andrew McCarthy.
“The coalition letter is an important and decisive moment in this debate, reflecting deep, broad and principled conservative opposition,” Sessions said. “They note, correctly, that the Gang of Eight legislation is like Obamacare—a large, unwieldy bill filled with broken promises and special interest giveaways. The letter makes crucial points about how the Gang of Eight legislation will pull down Americans’ wages, destroy American jobs and erode the constitutional rule of law as immigration officers have repeatedly warned. While the number of voices supporting the Gang of Eight legislation shrinks, the number of Americans speaking out against this proposal continues to grow.”
An idea so crazy it just might … Opponents and supporters of “comprehensive immigration reform” (i.e. amnesty) agree it doesn’t do well on the front burner of public debate. Excessive attention exposes flaws and contradictions in the legislation and focuses the anger of opponents. Back in March, I didn’t see how the Obama team, however brilliant, was going to protect its amnesty bill from this threat of publicity, given that the mainstream press was “commmitted to overcovering this issue.”
Now we know the answer! In its most fiendish strategem yet, Team Obama has launched a series of not-quite-devastating but press-obsessing scandals against itself! The confluence of the Internal Revenue Service, Benghazi and AP stories means that dreadful details of the Schumer-Rubio bill will get pushed off the front pages. Reporters who might otherwise cover it will be temporarily sent to Cincinatti to interview IRS whistleblowers. Meanhwile, the scandals give Sen. Rubio and other Republicans a chance to bash Obama about something new, giving them the anti-Obama cred that might allow them to quietly sell out on amnesty and hand Obama his greatest second-term triumph! Similarly, the scandals give conservative activists an alternative, substitute target for their outrage, all the more so because the anger is legitimate. As Greg Sargent put it, the scandals could “distract right wing base for long enough for Graham and Rubio to slip immigration reform past them.” (Dem strategist Joe Trippi tweeted in response: “Shhhhh …”)
I still find it hard to believe the amnesty conspirators will actually be able to bring a final bill to a final vote in the House and Senate without the anti-amnesty conservative wing of the Republicans waking up to the threat. (Rush Limbaugh? Ted Cruz? You there?) But they’re doing better at neutralizing the “cynosure problem” than I’d thought.
I received an insightful email from reader Karen Sacandy:
Dear Professor Jacobson:
I’m among your many grateful readers, but at this time, the Democrats are like Thomas Crown in the flick, “The Thomas Crown Affair,” who created a distraction over here, while over there, he was stealing a multimillion dollar painting.
But in this case, it’s a total transformation of the American people, by immigration law changes to aid and abet the non-enforcement we’ve had for decades. All these abuses of power converging at this time are almost COMPLETELY distracting everyone who could bring pressure to bear to prevent the enactment of new law which without question – without question – will alter our demographics and governing philosophy to the point of no return.
I hope you’ll consider going in a new direction.
My response was:
I don’t consider the current fights irrelevant either in themselves or as to immigration. In fact, I think they are quite connected, and it’s possible to fight all at once.
To which she replied:
You may be right. But the bill in the Senate is doing, as they say, famously!
Thanks for the reply. ;^)))
Karen makes a very good point.
Key Republicans have buckled under. The Senate will pass the bill right under our noses.
We have a variety of concerns; some of us share only one, others share all. Among these concerns are that the bill:
* Is bloated and unwieldy along the lines of Obamacare or Dodd-Frank;
* Cedes excessive control over immigration law to an administration that has repeatedly proven itself to be untrustworthy, even duplicitous;
* Legalizes millions of illegal immigrants before securing the borders, thus ensuring future illegal immigration;
* Rewards law breakers and punishes law enforcement, undermining the rule of law;
* Hurts American job-seekers, especially those with less education;
* Threatens to bankrupt our already strained entitlement system;
* Expands government by creating new bureaucracies, authorizing new spending, and calling for endless regulations;
* Contains dangerous loopholes that threaten national security;
* Is shot through with earmarks for politically connected interest groups;
* Overwhelms our immigration bureaucracy, guaranteeing widespread fraud.
Reforming our immigration system is an important priority. But S.744 is such a defective measure that it would do more harm than good.
The Gang of 8 bill, if it passes, will go down in history as a mistake as disastrous as Obamacare. It must be stopped.
Democrats are playing the long game. Republicans in Congress are acting like scared cats playing a short game for 2014 and 2016.

My Dad often said: “Intrigue only begat intrigue”. He was usually right. One conspiracy leads to another like a room full of mirrors reflecting themselves.
Still, here goes.
I have been watching Youtube collections of stuff from the talking heads and interviews today. I am cementing my earlier view… this IRS abuse is a massive smoke screen to hide something even bigger from attention. A lose the battle win the war tactic. Sure, this IRS scandal is a big deal and it is just the kind of attack on liberty all the right can get behind. Just the kind of terrible problem Obama needs to ride to the rescue to solve so that he can appear presidential. As bumbling as the effort appears he could still pull it off.
The performance by Miller today was just too bizarre. Nobody that gets that far is that stupid or obtuse unless it is on purpose. Are they?
1. This is an emotive issue sure to capture the public attention 2. Congress must act with outrage 3. The media is being far too cooperative 4. Miller is way too smug. He is either unbelievably arrogant or intentionally acting bizarre. Just plain bizarre. He makes outrageous statements and contradictions of the IG report and even himself. Classic diversion? The guy going out anyway who was not even the director when all this happened but awfully close to the action. 5. Why the big orchestration of the “leak” on Friday at the Bar Association meeting by Lois Lerner? To what purpose? 6. IRS says we gave poor customer service, we made mistakes, we acted inappropriately, we apologise? Strange. And then ostoner says the acts are alleged and if they are true we are will take “appropriate” action? Then he comes out and is outraged? Come on. I’ve seen crocodile tears before and can recognize them. 7. An opportunity to change the tax code? It makes no difference to ostoner how taxes are collected just as long as there are lots of them to redistribute. If he can give the sheeple what they want and still get what he wants… what does it matter how he gets it? Besides, it gives the stupid congressionals something to work on and not bother or watch him and his gang of criminals.

Snip: We have been importing jihadists for years now with Muslim immigration programs under the Refugee Resettlement program, diversity visas and religious visas. The Refugee Council USA says: “The U.S. has historically maintained a policy of admitting refugees of special humanitarian concern into the country.” Yet what that means in practice is very different from what most Americans would expect. It’s always a shock to people when they first find out how Refugee Resettlement works. Instead of giving refuge to the religious minorities that are persecuted, oppressed and subjugated under the Shariah, we are opening the floodgates to Islamic supremacists…
The amendment should BAN ALL Muslim immigration. Period. Of course, I oppose the Amnesty Bill altogether, but if there has to be one, it should exclude Muslims.
Think Progress Terror-linked CAIR slammed an amendment added to the Senate’s comprehensive immigration reform bill that would subject immigrants from MUSLIM countries for extra scrutiny.
The measure, introduced by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and added to the bill with the support of at least two Democrats, would require additional review for illegal aliens applying for legal status who are from “a region or Muslim country known to pose a threat, or that contains groups or organizations that pose a threat, to the national security of the United States.” Under the underlining bill, all illegal aliens are required to undergo three separate background checks before obtaining legal status. In defending his amendment during the Senate Judiciary Committee mark-up on Monday, Graham argued for an additional screening from regions of the world “where MUSLIM terrorists operate.”
“I mean, it’s pretty clear what I’m trying to do,” Graham said. “I’m trying to make sure that in addition to looking at your criminal background, when you adjust status, that if there are certain parts of the world or MUSLIM countries — like Yemen — that you’re adjusting from, I want to know a little more about you, given the world we live in.”
Under the provisions of the amendment, the Secretary of Homeland Security would have the broad authority to target any “alien or alien dependent spouse or child” from any region or country that they deem, in consultation with the Secretary of State, to house threats to the United States for additional scrutiny before becoming citizens. “I’m not dictating that [the Secretaries of Homeland Security and State] have to pick any region or country over the other,” Graham said, attempting to deflect criticisms that the amendment focuses specifically on the Middle East.
But a coalition of MUSLIM and Leftist groups disagreed with Graham’s approach, arguing that the measure was similar to the now-defunct National Security Entry-Exit System (NSEERS), a program set up under the the Bush administration in the aftermath of 9/11. As part of the program, immigrants from twenty-four Muslim majority countries were forced to register into the system, which tracked their entry and exit from the country. The coalition — including the American Civil Liberties Union, NAACP, Arab American Institute, and National Council of La Raza — signed onto a letter addressed to Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and Ranking Member Chuck Grassley (R-IA) to condemn the amendment as being the NSEERS reborn.
Graham’s amendment passed by voice vote and was inserted into the overarching bill with support from Sens. Al Franken (D-MN) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), who announced they would back the measure. The overarching bill itself was voted out of committee last night, propelling it to the Senate floor where an effort to remove Graham’s language is likely to take shape.
English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson said: “They’re chopping our soldiers’ heads off. This IS Islam. That’s what we’ve seen today. They’ve cut off one of our soldier’s heads in the streets of London. Our next generation are being taught through schools that Islam is a religion of peace. It’s not. It never has been. What you saw today IS Islam. Everyone’s had enough. There has to be a reaction, for the government and police to listen, to understand how outraged the British public are.”
Guardian (h/t realist) Members of the English Defence League congregated near Woolwich Arsenal station on Wednesday night after plans for a protest were circulated on social media. Scores of supporters of the English Defence League allegedly chanted anti-Muslim slogans in Woolwich hours after the beheading of a British soldier and the shooting of his two suspected assailants.
About 100 men, including some wearing balaclavas printed with “EDL”, engaged in running battles with police for less than an hour.
A police commander said officers cited section 60 of the Public Order Act, which allowed them to stop and search individuals within a specific area without evidence of a crime being committed. (Except if they’re Muslims)
The men congregated near Woolwich Arsenal station with flags bearing the cross of St George after plans for a protest were circulated on social media. Hundreds of police including riot police were stationed around Woolwich. The first clashed began just after ten before the men were pursued and blocked in at a pub close to a local mosque.
Elsewhere, two men were arrested after separate attacks on mosques. A 43-year-old man is in custody on suspicion of attempted arson after reportedly walking into a mosque with a knife in Braintree, Essex. The secretary of the mosque, Sikander Saleemy, told Channel 4 News he felt it was a “revenge attack”. (Well, DUH!)
“We absolutely condemn what happened in Woolwich, but it had nothing to do with us. (Oh here it comes, violence has nothing to do with Islam…except violence IS always about Islam) It was an appalling act of terror – but it wasn’t Islamic in any way. I wish it wasn’t described like that, because sadly people will now start to blame Muslims.”
Meanwhile, police in Kent were called to reports of criminal damage at a mosque in Canterbury Street, Gillingham, at 8.40pm. A spokesman said a man was in custody on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage.
(Mostly Somali) Muslims kidnapping teenage white girls whom they gang rape and then pimp out for pay to their Muslim customers, already epidemic in England, is spreading around America, too – from Minnesota, Ohio, Colorado, and Tennessee, and recently, in Washington, as well.
q13FOX (h/t Kerry H) When a 16-year-old girl in West Seattle was kicked out of her house and a friend said she could stay with her and 32-year-old Yussuf Abdulle at an apartment in the 8400 block of Delridge Way SW.
Investigators said Abdulle made the girls have sex with different men three to seven times a day and drugged them with marijuana, ecstasy and methamphetamine. The victim told police Abdulle would sleep near the door of the apartment with a gun and told her there would be a price to pay if she tried to leave.
“Guns, beatings, the stories are pretty horrific of what happens to these young people to keep them under the control of these monsters,” Giovengo said. “Our biggest efforts have to be in preventing how young people end up in that situation.” The 16-year-old was able to get out of the apartment and went to a local hospital for help.
Yussuf Abdulle has been charged with kidnapping and two counts of promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor. He is being held at the King County Jail on $200,000 bail and will be arraigned on May 22.
In checking further, this is not the first time Muslims in Seattle have been arrested in the sex slave business with white girls as young as 14 being gang raped and pimped out. Muslim defenders accuse the victims of “racism.”
