National Security Agency documents provided to The Guardian by Edward Snowden reveal a system that allows analysts to search “nearly everything a typical user does on the internet,” according to one docuement. Glenn Greenwald reports that training materials for a program called XKeyscore show how analysts — without the review of a court or other NSA personnel — can mine extensive agency databases by giving only a broad justification for the search. “It’s very rare to be questioned on our searches,” Snowden told the Guardian in June, “and even when we are, it’s usually along the lines of: ‘let’s bulk…

Involuntary Racism !

Posted on July 31, 2013 by

(Via Peoples Cube)   The Department of Social Justice is contemplating several charges against the racist George Zimmerman for his cold-blooded murder of the post-infant and minority representative Trayvon Martin.Evidence compiled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation of Citizens has found Zimmerman to be guilty of at least several major civil rights-related crimes.

Having found no sign of racism in Zimmerman’s background, prosecutors plan to file charges of Involuntary Racism in the Commission of a Hate Crime, punishable by up to 20 years of labor in a correctional facility. Party officials believe this is the most appropriate charge based on the FBIC’s report. Continue reading →

You know, I don’t believe being black means anything more than a white person getting a sun tan or being yellow means any more than a white person painting  themselves yellow.  But, I do believe in cultural norms that are transmitted within certain societies.  I believe Palestinians have certain cultural beliefs that are common to that group of people.

I believe that the differences between separate cultures should be appreciated, accepted, and protected.  My belief is supported by my religion through the story of the tower of Babel in the old testament.  Varieties of  groups of people are identified by group throughout the bible and these groups are identified as good or bad.

Blacks in America are a culture in and of themselves.  They are different than the black culture in South Sudan, North Sudan, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa,  Haiti, etc.

While the black culture in America has individuals who are exceptions to the rule, is the black culture in America good or bad?   What do Mexicans, Chinese, Russians, Indians (who are black), white Americans, and even Black Africans from Zimbabwe think of the American black culture?  Hummm….  Is the American black culture universally disdained?

President Obama Sends Graham and McCain Back To Brotherhood

Posted on July 31, 2013 by

Riddle me this -  When was the last time any Presidential administration officially allowed or gave such advanced media notice (full week) of travel to a dangerous nation undergoing upheaval?   Second, who would it benefit if something just happened to the rhino twins?   Lastly, with the first two in mind who is more likely to be a risk to the delegation? Just sayin’…. eh, prolly nothing.

And what about ketchup boy.  I thought he was bringing his mighty influence to the region with jobs for jihadists or something…

WASHINGTON — Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham and John McCain have been asked by President Barack Obama to travel to Egypt next week to urge the military to move ahead on new elections, the senators said Tuesday.

Egypt has been roiled by deadly protests since President Mohammed Morsi was toppled in a military coup on July 3, developments that have threatened the $1.5 billion in annual U.S. military and economic aid to the Arab world’s most populous country. Responding to reporters’ questions Tuesday about an attempt to cut off the aid, Graham offered up word that Obama has sought the help of the two lawmakers. Continue reading →

Report: Congressional Investigators Interview “Dozens” Of Benghazi Witnesses, Including USMC Colonel George Bristol…

blood on their hands

HatTip WeaselZippers - WASHINGTON DC - In recent weeks, members of the House and Senate and their staffers have held two classified hearings on the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attacks on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya; conducted more than 25 hours of formal, transcribed interviews with witnesses; and spoken informally with several dozen additional witnesses, including some who are being called “whistleblowers.”

Among those who have recently spoken to Congress is Marine Corps Col. George Bristol who was in the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) chain of command on Sept. 11. Earlier this month, CBS News reported that the Pentagon declined Republican congressional requests to produce Bristol for interviews. At the time, the Pentagon said Bristol had retired and that they “cannot compel retired members to testify before Congress.”

Ted Cruz is taking his hardball tactics to a whole new level. The Texas freshman senator and his senior aides are unleashing a barrage of attacks on their fellow Republicans for refusing to support their plan to choke off Obamacare as a condition for funding the government. Cruz’s chief of staff is lambasting fellow conservatives like Oklahoma’s Tom Coburn for serving in the “surrender caucus.” His top political strategist has compared Mitch McConnell to Barack Obama. And the senator himself has said many Republicans are “scared” to wage this fight. The results have sparked something of a GOP civil war…

    >Last week, the Obama Administration dodged a bullet when its last-minute lobbying defeated an amendment that would have ended the NSA’s massive surveillance program of American citizens. The amendment, proposed by Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.) to a defense-spending bill, would have stopped the collection of intelligence data pursuant to Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act unless the targets of the investigation actually were under investigation. Under this Administration’s interpretation of the law, it vacuums up data on virtually every electronic communication of every person in the country, by using Section 215 far more broadly than the law provides, or…

Perhaps the strongest argument against a new agreement with Russia is the virtual certainty that Russia will violate it. It is now clear that the Russians are in violation of major arms control treaties and that the current Administration is ignoring these violations. The current proposal will create major nuclear disparity in Russia’s favor and leave the U.S. vulnerable to Russian air and missile defense. The Administration reportedly intends to circumvent congressional approval — a clear indication of how bad they expect the outcome to be. When Obama, in June 2013, announced his agenda for the next round of nuclear…

In his latest pivot to jobs and the economy, the President spoke yesterday in Tennessee. Much of his speech was tax-spend-and-regulate boilerplate, but he did repackage some of his ideas into a so-called grand bargain. He said he’s willing to cut the corporate tax rate in exchange for a bunch of new spending on things such as infrastructure (he didn’t specify whether it would be “shovel ready” this time) and dozens of “innovation institutes” (as if the notoriously sluggish and inefficient federal government can teach the private sector about being entrepreneurial. In theory, however, such a deal might be worthwhile….
